Founder’s Associate – Sales & GTM

About the role

Rally is building an AI‑native platform to modernise fleet finance across Europe. As a Founder’s Associate you will work directly with the founding team, driving pipeline, closing deals and shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing fintech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles, from outbound prospecting to closing pilots and contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling onboarding, support and feedback.
• Help define and refine the GTM motion by identifying target segments, ideal customer profiles and optimal pricing.
• Conduct market research on size, competitors and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Optimize sales infrastructure, manage CRM data, track pipeline metrics and improve outreach with data enrichment and AI workflows.
• Translate customer insights into product improvements and roadmap priorities.
• Support broader startup initiatives such as fundraising, recruiting and high‑impact projects.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of commercial experience in a sales team, preferably at a startup or high‑growth tech company.
• Hands‑on experience with modern sales processes, including outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves across functions.
