Senior Business Travel Consultant (German Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant who speaks German to provide a seven‑star, executive‑level service to senior leaders and high‑value corporate clients. The role combines premium travel booking, proactive problem solving and relationship management in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end executive travel, including air, hotel, ground transport and bespoke requests, ensuring compliance with policy and duty of care.
• Handle urgent, high‑impact travel disruptions across phone, chat and email, delivering calm, precise solutions.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned with traveller preferences while meeting productivity, handle‑time and SLA targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with VIP travellers and collaborate with peers to maintain an elite service culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑touch, premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality or luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of contact‑centre performance metrics such as productivity, efficiency and CSAT.
• Excellent communication, discretion and the ability to stay decisive under pressure.

Required skills

• GDS experience – Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Fluent German language skills.
