Senior Flutter Developer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to maintain and enhance our patient‑facing mobile application that runs on iOS, Android and the web. You will work closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible and reliable experiences for users across the treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new features end‑to‑end using Flutter and Dart, covering UI, state management, dependency injection and modular architecture.
• Build and maintain networking, offline support, authentication, platform integrations and third‑party SDKs such as push notifications, analytics and crash reporting.
• Write automated tests, manage CI/CD pipelines and monitor releases to ensure high quality and stability.
• Collaborate with product, design and QA to validate solutions with real user feedback and iterate quickly.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and large language models to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering production‑grade Flutter applications with deep knowledge of Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture beyond the UI, including networking, security, offline capabilities and app lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, localization, monitoring and release automation.
• Proactive ownership mindset, able to make pragmatic technical decisions and dive into backend services or native platform code when needed.
• Fluent in German and English and willing to work three days per week on‑site in Frankfurt.
