Marketing Technology Developer (m/f/d)

As a Marketing Technology Developer you bridge the marketing and engineering teams, implementing tracking, integrations and analytics while building the backend infrastructure that powers our marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement tracking events and SDK integrations across our Flutter app for Android, iOS and Web.
• Configure and maintain the marketing technology stack, including Adjust, Usercentrics, Google Tag Manager and social platform integrations such as Meta and TikTok.
• Ensure compliance with platform‑specific tracking restrictions such as iOS App Tracking Transparency, Android privacy changes and GDPR.
• Build custom HubSpot workflow integrations via TypeScript endpoints and extend our in‑house tracking service built with TypeScript and Express.
• Develop new backend services for marketing needs, such as notification systems or segmentation engines, and design APIs for marketing automation workflows.
• Prioritise your own roadmap, work closely with marketing to avoid assumption‑driven development, and use AI coding assistants to reduce boiler‑plate work.

Required profile

• Several years of solid hands‑on professional software development experience with strong TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Experience with Flutter or a willingness to learn it.
• Solid knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Adjust, Usercentrics, Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Firebase Analytics, plus social platform integrations.
• Understanding of platform tracking restrictions including iOS ATT, Android privacy changes and GDPR requirements.
• Comfortable working AI‑first with tools like Cursor, Copilot or MCP.
• Ownership mentality, able to ship to production and validate real business value.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus and you live in or near Frankfurt.
