Senior IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to join a global healthcare technology organization in Munich. The role is full‑time, onsite and focuses on delivering high‑quality desktop and end‑user support to local employees, ensuring a smooth and productive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical assistance to end users in an IT lounge and across the office.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software incidents on laptops, desktops, smartphones, and peripherals.
• Manage service requests and incident tickets using ServiceNow, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 devices.
• Support meeting‑room technologies, printers, Wi‑Fi, and basic network issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, oversee device lifecycle activities, and document procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of new staff and mentor junior technicians.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience in desktop, end‑user, or deskside support.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Windows‑based enterprise environments, especially Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent German (C1) and English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
