About the role

CEEZER is building an enterprise‑grade Climate Performance Asset platform and needs a technical leader to shape its B2B procurement system. As Tech Lead you will translate product vision into reliable, scalable technology and set the architectural direction from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale a seamless B2B procurement platform with an intuitive, enterprise‑grade UI.
• Drive end‑to‑end technical strategy, design, and micro‑service architecture.
• Lead by example with hands‑on coding in TypeScript, Node.js and Next.js.
• Cultivate engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews and best‑practice enforcement.
• Ensure platform security, reliability and performance across cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and cross‑functional teams to deliver user‑centric solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years of technical leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, full‑lifecycle products in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions and mentor engineers.

Required skills

• TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React
• RESTful API design and backend architecture
• PostgreSQL (relational data modelling)
• AWS cloud services and cloud‑native deployment
• Git and modern development workflows
• Basic familiarity with Python (optional)
