Senior Customer Engineer

About the role

Join a growing customer‑success‑oriented engineering team that drives adoption of an AI‑powered platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering and client teams to translate needs into practical improvements and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to deploy, configure and optimise the platform for customers.
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL‑backed data workflows and frontend/backend code together with customers.
• Assist customers with prompting and related AI‑driven workflows to unlock platform value.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the technical liaison between customers and product/engineering.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to influence product improvements and documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, Node and Python.
• Experience deploying, configuring and optimising a software platform for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to act as a technical liaison.
• Experience helping customers with prompting and AI‑driven workflows.
