Warehouse Trainer – Onboarding & Development

About the role

At Knuspr, speed and quality matter, but they rely on people who know what they’re doing from day one. We’re looking for a Warehouse Trainer who will help new colleagues settle in fast, learn the job properly, and grow into confident, high‑performing team members.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees and train them across different departments and processes.
• Support the creation and improvement of training materials and methods, and give regular feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Identify individuals who need extra support, create practical improvement plans, and check that warehouse rules and processes are followed correctly.
• Work closely with managers on training progress, employee development, and introduce new warehouse processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, suggest improvements, and act as the go‑to person for everyday questions on the floor.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of training experience; warehouse or operations background is a plus.
• Open‑minded, hands‑on, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communicator with a natural feel for working with people.
• Calm under pressure and able to make quick, fair decisions.
• Structured, attentive and focused on helping others improve.
• Comfortable using apps, tools and new technologies.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and get things done.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset, even in an operational role.
• Professional working proficiency in English or German; additional languages are a strong advantage.
