Working Student – Supply Planning

About the role

This Working Student position supports the Supply Planning team in turning demand forecasts into realistic production and replenishment plans. You will help ensure material availability, keep production schedules on track, and maintain alignment among key stakeholders in a fast‑growing FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of production and supply schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
• Assist coordination with Demand Planning and Purchasing to secure timely raw material availability.
• Help track production performance versus plan and identify variances or risks.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and planning data using Excel or ERP systems.
• Contribute to cross‑functional communication with operations, purchasing, and marketing teams.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses, data checks, and process improvements within the planning team.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Available for ~20 hours per week for at least 8 months.
• Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in supply chains, production flows, and forecasting.
• Confident working with data and Excel; experience with ERP or planning tools is a plus.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
