Workplace Technology Lead – Tech Business Partner

About the role

As the Lead Tech Business Partner you will be the dedicated technology counterpart for all holding‑level employees at 1KOMMA5. You will build trust, join technical discussions, and drive productivity improvements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the workplace technology experience, overseeing L1–L3 support, stakeholder relationships and resolution of complex issues.
• Lead workplace technology projects such as device management, tool consolidation, onboarding improvements and automation aligned with the Employee Technology Platform strategy.
• Partner with teams to solve technology needs, evaluate new applications, and drive adoption of AI and productivity tools through practical guidance and enablement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or a related field.
• Relevant IT bachelor’s or master’s degree; certifications related to MTD/MAM are a plus.
• Strong German and English written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other holding locations such as Munich and Hamburg.

Required skills

• Google Workspace and Office 365 administration.
• Mobile Device Management tools (JAMF, Intune).
• SaaS applications experience (Zoho CRM a plus).
• AI tooling for employee productivity.
• Scripting and development: HTML, CSS, Apps Script, Python, Cursor AI.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge and code deployment practices.
• Office infrastructure basics (WLAN, conferencing equipment).
• Domain management (DNS, domain forwarding).
