Account Director – Social Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for an Account Director to lead organic and paid social media campaigns for our clients, working closely with the Head of Campaigns to ensure strategy alignment and exceed client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan campaigns, prepare client pitches, and deliver high‑quality project communication.
• Develop analytics reports, collate data, and present insights on trends and performance.
• Monitor online community tools, market trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a community manager and launching organic Instagram campaigns.
• Excellent verbal communication, people‑first mentality, and fluency in English and German.
• Ownership of social media communities/pages is a plus.
• Strong awareness of social trends and ability to adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with Instagram, including viral content creation.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools: Slack, Notion, GSuite, ClickUp, Calendly.
• Ability to analyze social media data and generate actionable reports.
