Account Manager – Remote (Germany)

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between TMS Global and its German clients, overseeing packaging‑related projects and broader supply‑chain discussions. Working remotely, you will manage client relationships, drive project delivery from concept to deployment, and identify opportunities for efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a monthly dashboard to highlight opportunities and issues.
• Define and align action plans with each client’s strategic account plan.
• Handle sales administration and ensure regular reporting to line and regional managers.
• Visit client sites periodically and meet key stakeholders in person.
• Own profitability targets and drive actions to improve margin.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities and lead end‑to‑end value‑delivery projects across TMS functions and strategic suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in logistics, co‑packing, or packaging environments.
• Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and build internal and third‑party relationships.
• Hands‑on attitude with a collaborative and accountable mindset.
