Account Manager, Social Campaigns (f/m/d)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead social campaigns for top global brands. You will design and execute both organic and paid social strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive awareness and direct‑response results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch awareness and direct‑response social campaigns (organic & paid) for major brands.
• Develop social strategy documents, ad briefs, and global reporting dashboards.
• Benchmark social performance against other marketing channels and define activation frameworks.
• Manage client relationships, set expectations, and report on campaign trajectories.
• Collaborate with organic and branded social teams to increase engagement, reach and audience growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience in a digital/social agency.
• Experience handling multi‑million‑euro social media budgets.
• Fluent in German and English with deep knowledge of the German‑speaking influencer market.
• Background in D2C and e‑commerce projects.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and delegation abilities.

Required skills

• Paid Social campaign planning and KPI analysis.
• Influencer marketing and organic social media execution.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat and Spotify platforms.
