Account Manager – Turkey (AdTech)

About the role
Scrambly is a fast‑growing adtech startup building a reward‑powered alternative to traditional app stores. As an Account Manager focused on Turkey, you will be the main liaison for Turkish and international gaming advertisers, handling campaign setup, optimization, and strategic communication.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze large data sets to optimize multi‑reward campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure campaign success.
- Communicate regularly with partners to identify growth opportunities and upsell services.
- Onboard new advertisers and guide them through technical setup.
- Monitor competitive landscape and propose revenue‑boosting initiatives.
- Provide project updates and resolve challenges promptly.
Required profile
- Native Turkish speaker with high proficiency in English (B2+).
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive and autonomous work style.
Required skills
- Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
- Knowledge of CPA, CPI, and CPE campaign models.
- Data analysis for campaign performance.
