Accountant – Financial Statements & Process Optimization

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS. You will act as the main contact for clinics and auditors, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting the digital transformation of our accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (HGB, IFRS) with high accuracy.
• Process accounting transactions, manage provisions, and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle VAT pre‑registrations and related compliance tasks.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clinics and external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain consistent accounting workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalisation of accounting processes.

Required profile

• Commercial training, preferably with a Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) qualification.
• Several years of experience preparing financial statements under HGB; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Structured, precise, and independent working style.
• High reliability, responsibility, and strong team orientation.
• Enthusiasm for process optimisation and a solution‑oriented mindset.
