AI Deployment Strategist

About the role

REMATIQ is looking for an AI Deployment Strategist to lead customer projects that turn complex MedTech requirements into AI‑powered workflows. You will act as the main delivery owner, coordinating with customers, engineers and domain experts to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery workstreams: structure ambiguous problems, define workplans, align stakeholders and manage risks.
• Lead customer interactions: gather goals, constraints and success criteria, and maintain clear communication throughout the project.
• Deploy AI agents within mission‑critical MedTech workflows and ensure they meet compliance and quality standards.
• Produce high‑quality project artefacts such as plans, documentation, decision records and reusable delivery templates.
• Become fluent in the REMATIQ platform: demo, teach, support post‑rollout and capture feedback for new use cases.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, enterprise implementation or B2B SaaS/AI project delivery.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them and drive execution with limited guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
• Excellent customer presence: build trust, manage expectations and communicate effectively in English and German.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, resilient, hands‑on and comfortable working under pressure.
