AI Product Manager (m/f/x)

About the role

Cortea is building the quality layer for AI‑powered audits. As an AI Product Manager you will shape and ship products in the AI audit toolbox, working closely with engineers, designers, auditors and the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to discovery, definition, and delivery of AI toolbox products.
• Talk to customers weekly to uncover pain points and validate solutions.
• Prototype with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to test ideas quickly.
• Work tightly with engineering and design throughout the build cycle.
• Translate AI capability limits into product decisions about what to build.
• Write clear PRDs and bring structure to the problem space.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a product role.
• Shipped B2B SaaS products that real customers pay for and use.
• AI‑native: daily use of LLMs, agents, and AI tooling with strong intuition of their limits.
• Delivered at least one AI‑powered feature and understand challenges such as evals, latency, hallucinations, and trust.
• Comfortable in early‑stage startup chaos with high autonomy and ambiguity.

Required skills

• Experience with AI prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar LLM‑based platforms.
• Ability to write clear product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Strong user research and discovery capabilities.
