Application Developer – 2D/3D Geometry & Mesh Algorithms

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer to design and implement advanced geometric algorithms for 2D and 3D problems. You will work on processing large 3D‑mesh datasets, integrating mathematical models into high‑performance C# and C++ code, and contributing to the evolution of our dental software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, analyse and implement geometric algorithms (2D/3D) for complex problems.
• Process, modify and optimise large 3D‑mesh data sets.
• Integrate mathematical models into maintainable C# / C++ code, ensuring debugging and performance optimisation.
• Participate in the conception and further development of new software solutions.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of algorithms for polygon operations, mesh manipulation and geometric analysis.
• Strong understanding of mesh topology, normals, spatial relations and surface structures.
• Proficiency with vectors, matrices, transformations, quaternions and numerical stability.
• Solid object‑oriented programming skills, preferably in C++ and C#.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into stable, efficient algorithms and systematically analyse errors.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
