Apprentice Retail Trainee - JOOP! Outlet Soltau

About the role

Holy Fashion Group is looking for an apprentice retail trainee for its JOOP! outlet in Soltau, starting in August or September 2027. The group owns the brands JOOP!, Strellson and Windsor and wants people who fit well with its culture and are interested in a long-term career in its stores and outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and sell the high-quality collections
• Independently manage the sales areas, including sales figures, orders and success factors
• Handle reservations, extra orders, returns, checkout processes and customer complaints
• Take part in warehouse processes, visual merchandising and other projects

Required profile

• A good secondary school leaving certificate is desirable; a degree and good grades are important but personality, strengths and interests matter more
• Enjoyment of working with people and initial counselling experience (for example through an internship)
• Fast, careful and conscientious work with high quality standards
• Team player, reliable and communicative, open to new ideas
• Interest in a long-term career in the outlets
