Area Manager – Education Sector (Düsseldorf)

About the role

The Area Manager will support and develop a network of learning centres across Germany and internationally for a global education organisation. This on‑site position combines coaching, operational support and business development, with extensive travel.

Key responsibilities

• Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching and performance guidance.
• Drive centre growth, quality and operational standards.
• Deliver training sessions, presentations and local initiatives.
• Travel extensively across the region (approximately 50% of the time).

Required profile

• Business or Marketing degree or a related field.
• Strong interest in the education sector and franchise management.
• Excellent business acumen, relationship‑building and solution‑driven mindset.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and German.
• Passion for learning, development and helping businesses succeed.

Required skills

• Gross annual salary of €38,000.
