About the role

The Area Manager will support and develop a network of learning centres across Germany and internationally for a global education organisation. This on‑site position combines coaching, operational support and business development, with extensive travel.

Key responsibilities

Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching and performance guidance.
Drive centre growth, quality and operational standards.
Deliver training sessions, presentations and local initiatives.
Travel extensively across the region (approximately 50% of the time).

Required profile

Business or Marketing degree or a related field.
Strong interest in the education sector and franchise management.
Excellent business acumen, relationship‑building and solution‑driven mindset.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Business‑level proficiency in English and German.
Passion for learning, development and helping businesses succeed.

Required skills

What we offer

Gross annual salary of €38,000.
On‑site work environment with 50% travel (local and international).
