About the role

We are looking for a qualified physician to join our plasma donation centre in Berlin (Linden‑Center). The role involves ensuring donor safety, conducting eligibility examinations and providing medical supervision throughout the donation process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform donor eligibility screenings and medical examinations.
• Inform donors about the plasma donation procedure and possible health risks.
• Provide continuous medical monitoring during each donation session.
• Collaborate with the centre team to maintain a safe and efficient donation environment.

Required profile

• Licensed medical doctor (approbated).
• Strong sense of responsibility, team‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Good communication skills and an open, goal‑driven work attitude.
• Willingness to work in a central location with family‑friendly hours (no night shifts or on‑call duties).
• Open to candidates returning from parental leave or seeking part‑time employment.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (experience with EDV systems).
