Assistant Front Desk Manager

About the role

The Assistant Front Desk Manager ensures every guest interaction is memorable and seamless, delivering premium service that reflects the hotel's high standards. Working within the Guest Relations Team, this role acts as the bridge between guest services and all hotel and marine departments, proactively anticipating guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own each guest interaction, follow up on experiences, and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
• Serve as liaison between Guest Relations and all hotel/marine departments to coordinate guest requests.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of front‑desk staff, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Handle conflict resolution and resourceful problem‑solving to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards through meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum two (2) years of guest‑facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Experience supervising teams of ten or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• Confident, well‑groomed appearance with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resourceful thinking.
• Working knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
