Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin as an Assistant Purchasing Manager. You will support the smooth operation of all hotel departments by ensuring that supplies are available, budgets are respected, and procurement processes run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and keep the storeroom organized.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitor purchase orders for cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager on administrative procedures.
• Support F&B projects and provide backup during colleague absences.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill their purchasing needs.

Required profile

• Professional experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and take initiative.
• Good character and team spirit, fitting the hotel’s creative culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office IT tools.
