Associate Consultant – Privacy

About the role

Do you want to work on privacy topics where your expertise has visible customer impact, not just theoretical relevance? As an Associate Privacy Consultant you will own an established customer base and help companies turn GDPR requirements into clear, pragmatic and scalable privacy practices.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support your own customer base on data protection, combining privacy expertise with our AI‑powered platform.
• Translate complex GDPR and privacy topics into clear, pragmatic guidance that enables confident business decisions.
• Drive adoption, engagement and monthly active usage of DataGuard as the central privacy hub for customers.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully in privacy‑related workflows and critically review AI‑generated outputs.
• Collaborate with privacy, automation and product stakeholders to share customer insights and improve tech‑enabled consulting workflows.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in privacy consulting, customer advisory, audits or handling privacy‑related requests.
• Strong GDPR and privacy knowledge, preferably with a legal or business‑law background.
• Ability to turn complex privacy requirements into simple, structured, customer‑friendly recommendations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and the skill to connect customer needs, platform usage and business impact.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation, paired with sound judgment to review AI‑generated content.
• Native‑level fluency in German and strong professional English skills.
