Associate Legal Product Counsel – Relocation to Milan or Luxembourg

About the role

Satispay is seeking an Associate Legal Product Counsel to join its growing team. The role involves shaping the legal framework for new payment and financial products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and consumer law requirements. Candidates must be prepared to relocate to either Milan or Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.
• Draft and review terms of service, promotional rules, and customer‑facing documentation.
• Analyze complex regulatory issues and manage relationships with supervisory authorities.
• Advise on commercial and consumer law matters related to B2C and B2B expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Strategy, and Marketing teams to develop balanced legal solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in technology, fintech, or insurance sectors.
• Background in reputable law firms and experience advising on customer‑facing products.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, payment schemes, and wallet architectures.
• Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication and judgment skills.
