About the role
Ascendo is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join its remote team in Germany. You will help connect top‑tier Go‑To‑Market talent with leading AI and SaaS companies, supporting a range of functions such as sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage, and evaluate high‑performing GTM candidates using recruitment tools.
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines across multiple GTM functions.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure a smooth selection workflow.
Required profile
- Proven recruitment experience, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and pipeline management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Familiarity with GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations) is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
