Associate Recruiter – Remote (Germany)

About the role

Ascendo is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join its remote team in Germany. You will help connect top‑tier Go‑To‑Market talent with leading AI and SaaS companies, supporting a range of functions such as sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and evaluate high‑performing GTM candidates using recruitment tools.
• Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines across multiple GTM functions.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure a smooth selection workflow.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and pipeline management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Familiarity with GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations) is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
