Associate – Venture Capital

About the role

Tholus Capital is seeking an Associate to join its early‑stage European venture‑capital team. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, allowing you to work at the centre of a global investment ecosystem focused on security, resilience and strategic advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sourcing, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across defence, cyber‑security, critical infrastructure and related technology sectors.
• Collaborate with founders, investors, industrial leaders and senior military officials through Tholus’s international platform.
• Contribute to market intelligence, due‑diligence reports and portfolio monitoring activities.
• Assist in building relationships with limited partners and strategic stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a lean, fast‑growing team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
