B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a senior B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own paid demand‑generation campaigns across multiple countries and product lines. You will build full‑funnel, multi‑channel campaigns from scratch and create scalable playbooks that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid demand‑generation campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and other channels, managing significant budgets.
• Design full‑funnel experiences, from ad creatives and landing pages to sign‑up flows, lead qualification and account activation.
• Develop and test new locally relevant initiatives, turning successful pilots into scalable playbooks.
• Drive automation and AI‑assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support product and feature launches with go‑to‑market demand‑generation campaigns.
• Own reporting, tracking and measurement, defining success metrics and ensuring clear visibility.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Product and global commercial teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience running high‑budget B2B paid campaigns (>€1M/year) across multiple channels and countries.
• Background in a tech company, preferably with familiarity in food or retail industries.
• Proven ability to plan media investments based on business and campaign KPIs and to optimise budgets in‑house.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong KPI definition and performance tracking skills.
