Bilingual Sales Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Specialist who speaks Spanish and English to join our fast‑growing team in either Paris or Munich. You will act as the main point of contact for sellers and collectors throughout the auction process, helping to build long‑term relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full consignment lifecycle, from pre‑sales activities through post‑sale follow‑up.
• Communicate with clients to foster repeat business and maintain high engagement levels.
• Research collectible car values, analyse market trends and set competitive reserves.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as arranging photography for consignments.
• Expand your network and generate new business opportunities for The Collecting Group.
• Use Salesforce to track consignments, prospects and auction outcomes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Represent the brand at external events to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support overall success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales‑focused role with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to take initiative.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and maintaining an assured telephone manner.
• Ability to quickly research and identify suitable vehicles from detailed images.
• Attention to detail and an investigative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically Salesforce.
