Brand Designer – Creative Visual Identity Specialist

About the role

You will develop creative branding concepts, support corporate design projects, and shape high‑quality visual brand experiences within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong ideas and design concepts for branding and corporate design projects, both digital and analog.
• Own the design process from briefing to final implementation.
• Design and evolve visual brand identities, corporate design, campaign elements, and communication materials.
• Supervise and ensure quality of communication projects with high design standards.
• Create independent visual languages, look‑and‑feels, and guiding principles for brands.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver innovative, consistent brand solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and strategic brand development.
• Prepare compelling presentations and confidently present concepts to clients.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience in branding, corporate design, or visual brand communication.
• Degree in graphic design, communication design, or comparable training.
• Strong conceptual skills, creativity, and a structured, professional work style.
• Team spirit, excellent communication, and willingness to take responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma.
• Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects (a plus).
