Business Development Manager – DACH Region

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the DACH region for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Working from our Frankfurt office (hybrid) you will build new partnerships, expand existing accounts and support customers through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Prospect within the assigned territory, convert leads into opportunities and manage the sales cycle to contract close.
• Maintain accurate account information and submit monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and specialist teams to tailor solutions.
• Partner with the Partner Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
