Business Development Manager – Fleet Solutions (Truck Parking & Charging)

About the role

As a Senior Business Development Manager for Fleet Solutions, you will drive growth of Bosch's digital road services, focusing on truck parking and charging infrastructure across Europe. You will shape strategic partnerships and integrate our services into fleet management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand for digital road services by building strategic partnerships with OEMs, telematics platforms and mobility partners.
• Expand collaborations across Europe and integrate Truck Parking & Charging services into existing fleet management solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and create scalable go‑to‑market strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with product management and technical teams internationally to position customer‑centric solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations with international fleets, platform partners and stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or B2B sales.
• Background in logistics, mobility, platform business, telematics or digital services is a plus.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing complex commercial collaborations.
• Business‑fluent English; additional European language skills, especially in Central and Eastern Europe, are advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for digital business models and transformation of the logistics industry.
