Business Development Representative - Fluent German Speaker

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B sales professionals with global companies, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It matches candidates to full-time remote roles where they are hired directly into client teams and supported by Huzzle. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a fluent German speaker to drive growth in German-speaking markets, combining sales development and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH region
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to secure retention and upselling
• Run high-volume outreach campaigns using Salesloft and Salesforce
• Balance lead generation and account management while staying organized
• Deliver consistent results against KPIs
• Work with the wider sales team to refine strategies and improve market penetration

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Physically based in the UK or Europe
• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
• Immediate availability
• Nice to have: prior SaaS or engineering experience, SDR/BDR or customer service background, strong client-facing record
