Business Lawyer

About the role

Join a small, global legal team based in Frankfurt and enjoy genuine breadth across corporate law, contracts, compliance, M&A support, and insurance coordination. You will work closely with the General Counsel and be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare corporate resolutions and manage compliance obligations for group companies in Germany and internationally.
• Review confidentiality agreements and contribute to contracts, templates, and policies.
• Organise notary appointments, director and supervisory board meetings, and maintain related documentation.
• Own the contract management system, monitoring deadlines, renewals, terminations, and filing.
• Support compliance management, investigations and coordinate external insurance providers.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects, including M&A activity and corporate reorganisations.

Required profile

• Qualification in commercial law, information law or a related legal discipline (first state exam, bachelor’s or master’s level).
• Relevant professional experience in a legal or compliance environment, preferably within an industrial or internationally operating business.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

• Competitive salary range of €70,000–75,000 per year.
