C-UAS Flight Test Coordinator

About the role

STARK is seeking a Flight Test Coordinator to drive C‑UAS flight test campaigns across Europe. You will turn engineering readiness, range availability and complex permitting into reliable test schedules, ensuring aircraft get airborne on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate flight test campaigns across multiple programs, aligning schedules with engineering readiness, range availability and safety sign‑off.
• Own the logistics chain for test execution: range bookings, airspace clearances (NOTAMs) and regulatory approvals at German and other European test sites.
• Serve as the central coordination point between flight test engineers, systems/payload teams, ground crew and safety officers before and during campaigns.
• Track and escalate schedule risks and blockers to program leadership, providing actionable decisions.
• Coordinate equipment, personnel and ground‑support transport to and from test sites across Europe.
• Run pre‑test readiness checks and post‑test debriefs, capturing action items and lessons learned.
• Maintain relationships with external test ranges, civil aviation authorities and host‑nation contacts.
• Build and maintain checklists, templates and processes to scale flight test coordination.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating technical field operations, test campaigns or logistics‑heavy activities in aviation, aerospace, defence or motorsport.
• Working knowledge of European airspace regulations, NOTAM processes and UAS/aircraft test permitting, or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort operating as a hub between multiple technical and non‑technical stakeholders under real‑time pressure.
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to manage last‑minute schedule changes.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe, including extended stays at test sites.
