Flight Test Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Support

About the role

As the Flight Test Operations Coordinator you will be the backbone of STARK’s flight‑test campaigns from the Munich headquarters. You ensure that all equipment, travel arrangements and logistics are prepared and delivered so the on‑site team can focus on flying the unmanned systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of flight‑test equipment, tools and consumables, tracking condition and location.
• Manage battery stock, monitor charge cycles and coordinate shipments to active test sites.
• Prepare and pack equipment kits according to checklists, verifying readiness before dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies and resolve any availability issues promptly.
• Book and manage travel for the flight‑test team, including flights, hotels, ground transport and rental vehicles, while handling last‑minute changes.
• Keep accurate records of travel spend and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Serve as the primary home‑base contact for the travelling team, fielding requests, solving problems and coordinating urgent shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to meet tight delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive with the ability to switch between tasks quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable supporting a technical team without being deployed to test locations.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
