CAT B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician

About the role

Jetfly, a leading business aviation company operating a fleet of Pilatus PC12 and PC24 aircraft, is seeking a CAT B1 Technician to join its Maintenance Center in Zweibrücken, Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with EASA Part‑145.
• Identify malfunctions, troubleshoot, and ensure professional rectification.
• Assemble and install aircraft components and equipment.
• Update the AMOS system regularly to reflect maintenance activities, component changes and man‑hours.
• Release aircraft after work, ensuring compliance with regulations and airworthiness.
• Report work progress, defects, problems or delays and maintain tools and work environment.

Required profile

• Holder of an EASA Part‑66 Category B1 License.
• Completed Human Factors, Part‑145, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety refresher training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid understanding of aircraft systems.
• Extensive experience with complex technical systems and aircraft maintenance.
• Good knowledge of EASA Part‑145 regulatory requirements (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014).
• Experience in business aviation environments is an asset.
• Basic understanding of PC networking technologies and IT‑related systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AMOS Maintenance Management System is advantageous.
