Chemical Operator Production

About the role

Cabot Corporation is seeking a motivated Chemical Operator to join its production team in Frankfurt. The role involves operating and monitoring automated filling lines, handling raw materials, and ensuring smooth, safe, and continuous production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the automatic final‑product filling line.
• Receive and handle raw materials such as TMCS, SOL, and IPA.
• Perform cleaning tasks on the equipment.
• Load trucks and carry out storage activities.
• Label containers and enter data into the IT system.
• Conduct quality control sampling for QC analyses.
• Monitor raw‑material discharge from silo trucks.
• Carry out field inspections and control rounds.
• Use the process control system to document operating states.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a chemical operator or similar production experience.
• Forklift licence.
• Experience with operating a process control system.
• Experience in batch or fully continuous production processes.
• Experience in continuous shift work.
