Commercial Director – Medical Cannabis (Europe)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to lead our European medical cannabis wholesale business. The role focuses on building and managing a robust distributor and B2B network across Germany while reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the distributor and B2B network throughout Germany and the wider EU.
• Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and post‑sale support.
• Drive European wholesale revenue and strengthen strategic partner relationships.
• Enhance brand presence at the point of care as the business scales.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure GMP‑backed supply chain compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales or business development within the medical cannabis sector.
• Proven track record in the European medical cannabis market.
• Established senior network with German distributors, wholesalers, and licensed operators.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Familiarity with GMP supply chains and controlled‑substance regulations.
