Community Manager

About the role

Mindspace is looking for a Community Manager to be the primary point of contact for members across its flexible, design‑led workspaces. You will shape daily experiences, build lasting relationships, and ensure a hospitality‑driven environment that supports startups, enterprises and digital nomads.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for members, delivering seamless, high‑quality experiences.
• Manage member accounts, focusing on satisfaction, retention and long‑term loyalty.
• Drive customer‑success initiatives through proactive engagement and efficient issue resolution.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as member retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ancillary revenue.
• Identify and address risks to member satisfaction early.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Maintenance teams to capture upsell opportunities and maintain service excellence.
• Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere tailored to corporate and enterprise members.
• Engage the community through meaningful touchpoints and curated activities.
• Continuously refine service processes based on feedback and KPI insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in face‑to‑face customer service and sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
