Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

FIO būve Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily on‑site activities at its Munich projects. The role involves coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that work meets quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and address operational issues as they arise.
• Provide guidance and support to staff, conduct regular check‑ins, and communicate project status to management and clients.
• Maintain documentation, track resources, and collaborate with other departments for efficient execution.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supervising teams in construction, building services, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritise multiple on‑site activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to construction.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Proficiency with standard office software and basic project‑tracking tools.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make practical decisions under time constraints.
• Willingness to work in an international environment; German and/or English language skills are advantageous.
• Relevant vocational training or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous on‑site experience in Munich or similar urban settings is a plus.
