Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts (SaaS & Tech)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys to provide project‑based legal support to leading technology companies. The position is ideal for lawyers with deep expertise in SaaS agreements, technology contracts, GDPR, and commercial negotiations who prefer flexible, independent work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs and data‑processing agreements.
• Advise clients on legal risks, contract terms and compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Select projects through an online portal and deliver fixed‑fee deliverables, often with a 24‑hour turnaround expectation.
• Provide general contract review and ensure alignment with technology‑sector standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin in Germany and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial contracts experience, preferably from a top‑tier law firm or in‑house counsel role at a technology company.
• Strong background in SaaS and technology agreements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project‑based assignments.
