Controlling Internship – Business Data & Automation

About the role

Join Bosch’s international finance team as a Controlling Intern and gain hands‑on experience in strategic business management. You will work on real projects that combine financial analysis with modern automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic management of the business area through controlling activities.
• Automate routine tasks and improve productivity using Power BI, Power Automate and KNIME.
• Collect, manage and analyse business data to ensure accuracy for various projects.
• Contribute ideas for the continuous development of tools and processes.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Strong motivation and a high affinity for IT, with a structured and responsible learning approach.
• Very good command of English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (two days on‑site per week).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience or familiarity with Power Automate.
• Experience or familiarity with KNIME.
