Corporate Controller Operations – Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

As a neutral and competent business partner, you will lead global operations controlling for a multinational industrial camera manufacturer. You will work closely with functional departments, drive pricing excellence, and ensure optimal liquidity through inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Control global operations and maintain independent communication with functional teams.
• Develop and standardise pricing processes to achieve pricing excellence.
• Determine production costs, including inventory valuation and write‑downs.
• Analyse inventory as a driver of net working capital and optimise liquidity ratios.
• Conduct make‑or‑buy analyses, provide recommendations and oversee implementation.
• Design KPIs and dashboards, initiate corrective measures to ensure plan compliance.
• Support master‑data routines and contribute to data‑quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and provide technical insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
• Professional experience in a comparable finance controlling role at a medium‑sized, internationally active manufacturing company.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Motivated, creative, innovative, persistent, patient, approachable, tolerant and curious.
