Corporate Real Estate Manager (global)

About the role

You will define and implement the global real‑estate strategy for BASF Agricultural Solutions, a leading agri‑business with nearly €10 bn in sales. The role combines portfolio planning, cost optimisation, and strategic advisory to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a worldwide real‑estate strategy aligned with business and financial goals.
• Lead portfolio planning, optimisation, and budgeting for all real‑estate assets.
• Oversee global transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals and capital projects.
• Build and manage a lean, global real‑estate team and coordinate external service providers.
• Drive digitalisation, data transparency and AI‑enabled processes in real‑estate management.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leadership on M&A, transformation and other strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of corporate real‑estate, transaction or portfolio‑management experience.
• Proven leadership in a global or multinational environment.
• Experience with outsourcing models, service‑provider management and transformation or IPO contexts is a plus.
