About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Team Assistant to join our Office Leasing team in Munich. You will support daily business operations, help keep the office running smoothly, and act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointments, meetings and travel arrangements while maintaining an overview of priorities.
- Communicate professionally with clients, property owners and business partners via phone and email.
- Maintain and update data in internal systems, ensuring accurate filing and record management.
- Support daily office administration, attend meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a central liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist the invoicing process by reviewing invoices and ensuring correct processing.
- Provide reliable day‑to‑day administrative support and take on additional tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an assistant, administrative or office management role is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Friendly, team‑oriented personality with a structured, reliable and proactive working style.
- Strong written and spoken German skills; good English proficiency.
