Corporate Services Manager

About the role

The Corporate Services Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of facilities and support services for the Villa Mumm campus in Kronberg, Germany. Managing a site of 300‑350 staff across 6,500 sqm and extensive grounds, you will ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational teams including Engineering & Maintenance, Security, Landscape, Reception, Moves & Changes, company cars and cleaning.
• Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and maintain the highest service standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Catering team and other corporate service functions.
• Develop and implement creative solutions to daily operational challenges.
• Build strong partnerships with internal business partners and key customers.

Required profile

• Proven staff management experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to think quickly and provide innovative solutions.
• Experience working in a multi‑site, international environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Microsoft systems.
