About the role

OMNIPEAK is seeking proactive, entrepreneurial individuals who want to define a new position within our AI‑driven B2B company. You will shape your own responsibilities, work closely with an interdisciplinary, international team, and help expand our cutting‑edge AI product offering.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and propose a role that adds value to the organization.
• Define clear objectives, processes and performance metrics for the new position.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to implement AI‑focused initiatives.
• Drive growth opportunities by leveraging generative AI technologies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the impact of your role on revenue operations.

Required profile

• Motivated to build something from scratch and willing to get hands‑dirty.
• Hands‑on attitude, dislike for unnecessary meetings.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytic, number‑driven mindset with high attention to detail and ownership.
• Enjoy working with a diverse, international team.
• Passionate about the latest generative AI technology and continuous learning.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus.
